Functional Support Consultant

We're looking for a BC Functional Support Consultant to join an ERP rollout on a long-term contract. You'll be the main support contact for users as the system moves through testing and into live use.

Responsibilities

• Give users day-to-day support with Business Central processes and queries
• Help testers run test scripts and record their results
• Find the root cause of issues and pass defects to the right team
• Keep support logs up to date and make sure every open item has an owner
• Help with go-live checks, data reconciliations and permissions testing
• Write user guides and FAQs
• Hand knowledge over to the ongoing support team

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 Business Central support experience
• Supported at least one ERP go-live or hypercare period
• Strong BC Finance knowledge
• Knowledge of at least one other module, such as sales, purchasing or inventory
• Used Azure DevOps, Jira or a similar ticketing tool
• Clear communicator who stays organised under pressure
